Do I need to use the app to operate the smoker?
No. You can also operate the smoker directly from the controller. The app is an addition for those who value convenience.
Is operating the Wi-Fi smoker complicated?
No. The app interface is intuitive and designed so that even people without technical experience can use it.
Are there plans for the Browin Control app to support more devices?
Yes. We plan to further develop the app - connecting it with more devices and introducing new features. Currently, you can use one app to operate both the smoker and distiller simultaneously.
Do I need to be connected to the server to use the app?
No. Local communication via Bluetooth is possible. However, only some features are available in this mode - using the app with server connection provides much more convenience.
Is my data stored when communicating through the server?
Yes. This allows you to view historical charts and receive push notifications. All data is secured, and users can delete it at any time using a button in the app.
Is the app paid?
No. The app is free, and updates do not require additional fees.
