User – a natural person using the Application;

This Privacy Policy outlines what types of User data are collected during the use of the Application, who collects this data, and for what purposes it is subsequently used.Browin declares that it takes special care to respect the privacy of its Users.
All Browin Applications are subject to this Privacy Policy.
By using the Application, the User agrees to the provisions of this Privacy Policy.

Browin declares that an email address is required to use the Application for the purpose of identifying the User.User identification is necessary for using the User's measurement devices within the Application.

The basis for collecting and processing Data, as stated in § 2 of this Privacy Policy, is the consent given by the User.

The right to access, rectify, restrict, delete, or transfer data can only be exercised after a prior unambiguous identification of the User, which, as indicated in § 2, may be difficult or, in some cases, impossible.
